I’m so lost!
Lol Ok, so that’s kind of just me, being overly dramatic … Seriously, though, I just realized that my last blog post put me offline for awhile, but … I’m back (well, yanno!)
Anyway, if you don’t know, Purity 9: Subterfuge is now complete. IKR? Never, ever thought it’d get done; I know … But now it is. It makes me so sad. I’m really going to miss writing about Evan. A lot.
Also complete are the Purity edits I promised. It has a bit of a different feel, I think, so do download the new version of it, too. You can get both of those off Ao3. Just select the “Entire Work” button at the top of the chapter you’re on. Purity loads pretty quickly, but don’t be surprised if Subterfuge takes a bit to load in it’s entirety. It’s HUUUUUUGE …. But once it does load, just hit ‘Download’ and select the format you want. I know that the PDF version works for them—that’s what I downloaded. I can’t account for the others, though. But I hope you enjoy anyway.
So now, I’m just kind of sitting here, trying to figure out where I go from here. I could work on Purity 10: Anomaly, sure, but… I just don’t know. Let me know if there’s something in particular that you’re looking forward to? Help me out here. I’m feeling kind of lonely, after all!
I’d love it if you finished the Un-Christmas Story!!! It was very interestingly laid out. It’d be nice to see how it ends.

I’ve been eagerly awaiting the completion of the Purity series, mostly because I really want to see Gunnar eat his own arrogant words. But I’ve also been thinking about starting Desideratum now that you’re back and really I’ve waited this long. I’ve been reading your fanfictions since about 2010 off Media Miner so don’t feel pressured to hurry for my sake. I’ll honestly read anything you write. I’ve enjoyed every story. So while I’d love to see Anomaly get completed I’ll be happy to wait until you feel more into it. Also I’m very glad you’re back. I’ve missed you. <3

Cricket42: The Un-Christmas story will be worked on, but likely won’t be posted till closer to Christmas this year. It’s a bit challenging because the entire story will be told by the various characters–I don’t mean from just their respective POVs, I mean, literally told by them lol. It’s an experimental type story and should run maybe around the length of the usual Purity Christmas oneshots, only broken into chapter format.
Bainwen: I’m looking forward to P12, myself, and I love Mikio, but his story shouldn’t actually take that long to tell–I’m thinking perhaps around 50 chapters, all total. P11 is going to take a bit longer, as it will likely run 150 – 200 chapters, like Evan’s, and then P12 … Well, as it is the last in the series, I doubt I’ll be in a hurry to condense the whole thing into a set number of chapters. It also spans a few years, and there are side stories that I’ll probably write to go along with P12–There are some interesting things that’ll happen that cannot actually be elaborated upon in Gunnar’s story, so his story will brush them but in order to actually get the gist of those, they’ll have to be oneshots or even shorts that occur in the same timeline. As for Desideratum, I’ve been tinkering with it, too. There are many different things I could do. I guess I just hope that people enjoy the stories, no matter what I choose to work on… And I’m truly glad to be back, too 🙂

I would like to start off by saying how happy I am to hear from you! You have been my favorite fanfic author for about ten years now (I first found you on animespiral waaayyy back then when I came across the first few chapters of Chronicles). I’ve been reading for so long that every one of your characters feels like an old friend and I could sit here all day gushing about them. That being said, I’ve personally been waiting for Purity 10. Mikio has always been one of my favorite characters (along with Gunnar and my number one top dog, Toga) and I’ve always wanted a more in depth look at him. Also, I have always wondered about Meara’s little sister. Have you ever written anything more about her that slipped my notice somehow? And if not, do you plan on giving a resolution to that someday? Anyway, anything you do choose to write I will happily read! I just thought I’d weigh in. Bye for now.

Raye: I haven’t written anything else about Aislynn, which doesn’t necessarily mean I won’t because I don’t like to say “never” (it always bites me later when I do lol). I am looking forward to seeing how Mikio’s story unfolds. I mean, I know, but things don’t always go exactly as planned, either, at least, not with these characters. Sometimes they can and do write their own stories, so I’m looking forward to seeing how this one plays out myself!

Hi! I’ve been a fan of your writing since 2005, but I’ve been more of a lurker than anything since I tend to read while I’m on the go. I think I just have read through most of the Purity series at least 3 times. With all of that said, I can’t wait for you to continue the Purity series! I’d love to learn more about Mikio, especially since he’s so different from the other Purity guys.

Minna: lol, it rather surprises me that most seem to be leaning toward Purity, given that it used to be that people were almost afraid to read continuations that deviated from the canon characters. It also makes me happy. Mikio is a cutie, IMO. It really will be interesting to see how his story unfolds. 🙂

Wow ! Uve bin my fav author from 2007 … I fell in love with inuyasha and uve done more justice to the characters with purity than anyone else ive read … I love mikio … great pairing with Madison ! Im looking forward to how he falls for her … I had an idea for his balance issues . What if madison’s bloof can actually save mikio ? Just an idea …. but I love ur work soo much ! Its kept ke going all these years thru everything … keep it up ! Hope u r fine and waiting fr the nexy update !
